Some people live and breath the NFL... How important is the NFL to you?

Would have been a time saver if this thread had a poll attached: The NFL is important to you? Answer A: Yes. Answer B: Yes.
 
Not so much. I haven't sat down to purposely watch a game in several years, including the super bowl. I do follow the stats on-line, though.
 
I can't live without it. The season is my bloodline and emotional output device for the entire year. All my pent up frustration, anger, exhilaration, bone-crushing desires and super human optimisms are played out on the field when my team and my fantasy players do what they do best. I can abandon the rest of my world and get lost in ecstasy, amazement, competition, freedom, be elated, interested, defensive, secure, vulnerable, encouraged, brave and breathless for 5 months of Sunday/Mondays.... all the name of the great game of Pro Football.

Nothing beats that!
 
Fantasy is the only reason I've taken up following the NFL again. (same with MLB).

I had lost touch with ALL professional sports for many years, then fantasy sucked me back in.
