Knowing Eugene, I wouldn't be shocked if he was under the influence, but not primarily by alcohol. When the Grateful Dead died, their fans settled in Eugene.

It should. Ive actually read articles condemming Kelly for throwing away a NC shot to teach this fool a lesson. Personally I think Kelly is to Belloti as Mangina is to Holmgren. A puppet.
