LeSean McCoy traded to Bills for a LB

but what the heck? I like the LB they got, and it was a dire need. Add to that the huge cap space they got with this deal. But to not get picks as well?? By all reports, Philly is going to do some kind of wheeling and dealing to get Mariotta. IF that is the case, they need more picks, not that Buffalo had them. Of all the teams in dire need of a RB, they sent him to Buffalo?

Philly is really clearing some cap space. Besides McCoy (12 mil) they have also released Cary Williams and Trent Cole (15 mil combined). Word also is that they won't pay Brandon Graham the 4 yr/ 30 mil that HE wants so he could be leaving too.

Add to this the rumor that they want to trade up the 20 something spots to draft Mariota and you've got a full blown rebuilding going on in Philly.

This could get fun when the flurry for free agents gets under way.

Fantasy wise, the potential for McCoy in a Rex Ryan system is off the charts!

Bad news is, he's already threatening to make noise in Buffalo over a contract restructure.

...hinting at not reporting if he doesn't get his way.

So Buffalo..... How you like your Prima Donna NOW?

I've like the move for Philly. As explosive as McCoy is.... Rbs can be replaced...hell, you can draft difference makers in the 2-4 Rd very easy.

Alonzo is a great grab

okay not to disagree, but if you are going to deal a ton of picks to move up, where the hell are they getting the picks to draft a Rb?

honestly, don't get this. IF Buffalo is going to ground and pound, a back like Ingram makes a ton of sense, a bigger back that is power up the middle. Not McCoy.

Not sure what Ingram would bring to Eagles' diverse offense either.

Speculation is that Shady wasn't great at running the plays Chip called tending to break off designed runs on his own and drew the wrath of coach and Ingram does not adlib and is more of as north south runner which is what Chip wants.

For sure it looks like Chip is out to make this his team with his guys and he has the power to do just that.

Bills continue to play the trade market but in a hardly news worthy way this time as they have traded for Matt Cassel and a 2015 sixth-round pick from the Vikings and giving up a 2015 fifth-round pick and 2016 seventh-round pick.
