We keep 4 players this year in this league which is a PPR league and gives bonuses for all long scores, 6 points for all TD's. I've listed some of my potential keepers and what round I'll lose in the draft if I keep each player. Please vote for the 4 players you'd keep and feel free to add a bit about why you'd keep them.

Round lost Player
1 Reggie Wayne
2 Aaron Rodgers
9 Benard Berrian
9 Vincient Jackson
10 Ahmad Bradshaw
12 Michael Turner
16 Vince Young
16 Austin Collie
16 Chris Jennings
16 Owen Daniels **Please note that on the poll I made a mistake and have Owen Daniels near the top even though he will cost me a 16th round to keep.

Note: If I keep 2 players that cost me the same round then I lose that round and the round before in the draft.

Three of these are no brainers...

Rogers, V.Jackson and Turner.

I struggled over the 4th and ended up choosing Bradshaw over Owen Daniel because of our league's penchant for hoarding RBs.

Reggie Wayne was never a consideration for me @ #1.

You need an RB to go with Turner and the pickings will be slim, even in the first round...but there WILL be a few. IMO, It's imperative that you get one. I know I'll be giving up Moreno, Forsett and Slaton and you can bet LT, LJ, Forte, and Parker will be there.

I thought you had Cedrick Benson? He would have been a nice keeper to go with Turner.

Anyway, your only prayer of getting a solid #2 RB is in the 1st round but your chances of finding a good #2 and #3 wr in 3/4/5 are pretty good.

TEs should be plentiful also.

Agree in part with teckie, Rodgers, VJax and Turner are set.

I do disagree on Wayne. I'd still keep him. Top 5 WR is better than the garbage of RB2's that were mentioned there. I'd rather slug it out with Rodgers and the 2 great WR's than take a RB just to take one. Keep your studs, do your homework, and build around them. Let them hoard away at RB, if your strong enough elsewhere you'll be able to make up for it.

I like the point you made here Miller.

It is a great point made by Miller. I would much rather have my second WR actually be a #1/ double digit fantasy WR. If you can find a way to get double digit performance out of that 3rd WR position you could be popping off 70-75 points a game just with Rogers and your WR corp.

I wasn't really considering keeping Wayne due to his high cost but I'm leaning that way now. The great news is I get to ponder on it until the Hall of Fame Game.

Mud, I would keep (in order) ..

12 - Turner
9 - Jackson
2 - Rodgers

and Its up in the air to me on 1 - Wayne vs 10 - Bradshaw but I voted Bradshaw because I think there is a chance the Giants like the Cowboys with F Jones will get away from the bruising RB and have Bradshaw split with Jacobs.

I have Bradshaw figured for a breakout year this season Aspera. I also have Jacobs on my team from last year but did not list him on this topic because I know that I'll be releasing him.
