IND - trades Pick #13 to SF for DT Deforest Buckner

Hate to see Buckner go. One of my favorite players and a fellow Oregon alumnus. But a great move IMO. They could gave paid him a reasonable 14 million this this under the 5th year option, but would have had the same issue next year and wouldn’t have gotten this good of a pick if they franchised and traded him.

Hope they take Kinlaw to replace him if he’s still around.

NFLPA has stated this is false, and total crap. They stated the wording changes were clarification to tie into other language and no changes to any benefits or values.

Newest rumor is Miami looking to get #1 pick from Cincinnati! - truthfully, if Cincy can get 3-4 picks they should do it, run with Dalton and or get Hebert or Tua and let them learn and get more needed pieces

An article I read over the weekend said that this trade will happen, if and only if Miami comes on the clock at #5 and Tua is still on the board. That's how I see it as well. Apparently the writer is convinced the Bengals want either Burrow or Tua period. Any of the other QB needy teams could spoil this by moving into the 2-4 slots ahead of the Fish and sniping Tua.
