No favorite here which tells me that Vegas is leaning towards Alabama since the Tigers aren't getting the usual 3 point bump for a home game and make no mistake about it, while the game is in New Orleans and not Baton Rouge this will be a home game for the Tigers.
 
Even as a pick'em it doesn't make it any easier to pick the winner here. Still got time to analyze this one and watch the injury reports.
 
I hope so. I'd like to see them win it. But imagine all the OSU fans screaming even more for injustice if LSU does win. They'll be saying 'Bama shouldn't have been there, and that they should have instead. Would make for a good arguement if LSU does beat them again.
 
This has been D dominated until about 1/2 way through the first Quarter.

Bama Gets the first big break with a big runback on a kick. Alabama has actually thrown on first down a few times once getting to a 1st and goal. Tigers then hold Bama to a FG. 3-0 Bama.
 
Bama looked like they were going going to get stuck deep but got a first down and now a 26 yard pass as the quarter ends puts them past mid- field.
 
Bama stalls out.... 4th and 4.......Bama trys a fake punt and just makes it by and inch. Ball at the LSU 28.

incomplete, run, 3rd and 7, incomplete. FG try 42 yarder.... LSU blocked the FG. Still 3 -0 Alabama.
 
Tigers after the block will start at their own 25.... false start.........20. screen= 0, Jefferson Pass to the 29. No first down here, punt
 
Bama has had some passing success but has gotten to the LSU 6 yard line and the 25 butt only has 3 points to show for it.

Bama moves for one first down this drive and now gets another moving to their own 49. First down play to the LSU 45....Richerson gets some daylight and rips off a 20 yard run. incomplete, nice rush to the LSU 25. Bama comes up with another FG......... 6-0.
 
An old fashioned butt whoopin' for my Tigers. I wasted $70 on a motel to watch that. There's always next year now Geaux Saints.
