The San Diego Chargers sent a letter to WR Vincent Jackson, who has yet to re-sign as a restricted free agent, informing him his 2010 salary will be drastically reduced if he does not sign his tender offer before June 15, reports Kevin Acee, of The San Diego Union-Tribune. It is believed that Jackson's agent sent the Chargers a letter saying if they received a letter about a reduction, the team would not see Jackson in camp for some time to come. Sources believe Jackson may be prepared to sit out into the regular season, or even through 2010. If Jackson does not sign his one-year tender in the next week, his salary will be reduced from $3.268 million to $583,000.
