Browns trade Brady Quinn to Denver | ProFootballTalk.com

Brady Quinn is on the way to Denver.

Jay Glazer of Fox Sports is reporting that Quinn was just traded from the Cleveland Browns to the Denver Broncos in exchange for running back Peyton Hillis and two conditional draft picks.

We've known since the Browns acquired quarterbacks Seneca Wallace and Jake Delhomme that Quinn was on the way out, and now we know that he's gone.

The question now is whether he'll be the starter in Denver. The Broncos' starter last season, Kyle Orton, is a restricted free agent who got a first-round tender.

Interesting...............

I guess they really like Wallace because IMO, Jake is done...........

I just can't believe the Browns would let him go that cheap - a fullback and some late picks.
After the cost of acquiring Quinn... wow... just can't wrap my head around that.

Great pick up by the Broncos. I can see Josh McDaniels all sorts of giddy over this move. We all knew that Quinn was going to get traded, where was the question. As well, I think it's going to be Jake v Wallace and Wallace already wins, lol.

I'm going home. My eyes are screwed. There is no way I just read that correctly.

Why ?? do think B.Quinn has magically become a good QB over night, sorry not in this life time.

I will say Quinn is a step up from Chris Simms but thats not saying a whole lot

No I don't think Quinn has magically beocome a good QB over night. I think he could be, but the reason I wrote that is because I can't believe the only hope Denver has is Kyle Orton. I don't know if Quinn can be a good QB but I think we'd all agree that we've seen Orton's ceiling.

While not a Brady fan, I for one want to see what he can do with a full complement of Wrs and Tes to work with. Assuming things remain the same in Denver...yeah I know...big asssumption..... He would have more Wr talent and Te talent then he had at all last year. Not to mention a better O-line, better running game and better defense.

give him time...he might pan out.
