Who to Start? Ivory or Amendola

Looking for some advice on a flex start this week.
12 team league no PPR.
Every week starters are
QB - Brees
RB - Arian Foster
RB - Michael Turner
WR - Marques Colston
WR - Always a toss up between Manningham and Demaryious Thomas
TE - Antonio Gates
Def - Green Bay
Kicker - Vinaieteri
Who should I go with at Flex? Choices are Felix Jones, Chris Ivory, TJ Housh or Danny Amendola. I am leaning towards Ivory but like Amendola's targets this year. Reminds me a bit of Wes Welker. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
