Who in the world is catching passes in SD...

Deacon

Bacon=greatest of all!
...and are they worthy of a start against the worst pass defense in the league this week?

Gates, period. With an occassional show up by Crayton

The saddest part about your statment is that it appears to be true. I picked up Crayton hoping for a big day with Nanee and Floyd out and he did absolutely nothing last week.

If all they have is Gates then how the heck is anyone allowing them to continue to burn them in the passing game? It's not like SD has become this powerhouse at running the ball.

Gates is main target. Then you have stuff flying all over to Crayton, Matthews, Sproles, Buster Davis, Floyd when healthy and so on. but the main target is Gates

Buster Davis is on IR i believe can anyone confirm this ??

Keep your eye on WR Seyi Ajirotutu, via Rotoworld he is going to be the #3 wideout

Yes, Davis is on the IR. Crayton is the best bet after Gates and is a nice play this week.

Don't forget about Tolbert. He's catching handfuls of screens and passes in the flat.

Forget about gates....he tore the plantar facia in the previously uninjured foot..no way he can compete at a high level with that injury

San Diego Chargers Tight End, Antonio Gates, revealed he tore his Plantar Fascia in his right foot during Week 8. Analysis: Gates is now dealing with a very serious injury in his right foot, plus an injured toe and ankle on his left foot. There is a very good chance Gates, who is leading the league in TDs, misses Week 9 against the Texans.

I heard this itchycootie guy was going to be the #2 WR this week. I picked him up and started him in Renegades.

yeah....Im 1-7 :gay2:
