When a team falls on its collective face, injuries usually play a key role. Kind of a hard thing to predict.
With that out of the way, I'll pick the Steelers. Even though they didn't make the playoffs last year, I'm guessing the fall continues. The loss of Holmes, suspension of Ben, aging vets, and an ordinary offensive line will be seen and felt on the field.

I can see Cincinnati crumbling and falling to peices come mid season. Year after year Carson only had to deal with 1 WR whining about everything and we see how that works out every year and now he has to baby sit 2 WR . The pressure is too much and the crumble by mid season then scamble trying to make playoffs but fail miserabley.
Mineesota is definitly a question mark that can go either way and Washington will once again under perform.
