The Lineup Doctor 2010

Revvin' for Seven!!
Got a lineup question. Let me know how this works. I understand vBucks are the preferred remuneration?

My Team is in the last game of our playoffs. This is it for me.

QB, WR, WR, RB, RB, TE,WR/T/RB flex, K, Def

I have starting:

Q-Tim Tebow
W-Reggie Wayne
W-Calvin Johnson
R-Ryan Torain
R-Brandon Jacobs
T-Kevin Boss
Flex-Anthony Armstrong-Wash
K-Shayne Graham
D-Chicago

Bench:

MJDrew-listed as DOUBBTFUL
Colt McCoy-played well for me last week after K Orton scratched
Marshawn Lynch
Mike Williams (Seattle)
Jimmy Graham (NO-TE)

Any suggestions? I'd like to use my last lifeline, Sportsoutlaws, to WIN THE MATCHUP.

Anything notable on the wire?

Tebow did the job last week, but I don't expect 9 yds a carry out of him each time out.....that said, Houston is a decent match-up and better that what McCoy is looking at. Unless there are some tempting option on the wire, I like what you have there.

WR - Top two are locks, and I like Armstrong in the flex.....unless again, there is something on the wire worth looking at.

RB - Not much of a choice, I would not trust Lynch for a title if I could avoid it. Assuming Jennings is gone.....sucks to lose MJD.

TE - Like Boss as well, he's been more involved, has a tendency to finish the season strong and the Packers give up the 3rd most pts to TE's in the league.

K/D - Graham is solid and Bears D has been hot. both solid plays.

Is this a keeper or dynasty? That will impact who i suggest to drop.

QB: I like Fitz, Henne, and Campbell over tebow myself as guys I trust this week.
RB: Jennings is a great pick up with MJD out! He'd make a very good flex. I'd have no issue dropping BMW or the b/u TE for him.

Kingdome

FOOTBALL!
I can't decide. PPR league:

WR: Austin or Fitzgerald
W/R: Hillis or whoever is left from above

Played Mike Wallace last night. Have Rice and Bradshaw set at RB. Have Donald Brown on bench.

Thanks Sgt. John but who at the flex? S Jackson/BJGE/Tolbert a WR???

I was thinking the same as you (if MJD is out) but not sure about flex. LOVE BJGE matchup, but I think Jackson has a better chance for more yardage. Tolbert and BJGE have been TD machines though........

Hillis has been a STUD and is HARD to sit down for the owners who have rode him all year, but in a ppr league, with Miles and Fitz facing great match-ups and a Hillis who has seemed to hit a wall, I roll the dice and go with the 2 WR's. Baltimore is going to be geared up to not let run all over him twice.

I can't decide. PPR league:

WR: Austin or Fitzgerald
W/R: Hillis or whoever is left from above

Call me crazy, but in a great match-up start, i like Kitna against the Cards. Neither will be a bad start, but the Giants are tough against the pass and Kitna has been a nice fantasy surprise.

For the WR's and RB's, I like Law Firm, Charles, Jennings (great start with MJD out), Austin, and Cal.

Without ppr, Boss looks like the better play to me.

I was thinking the same thing with Kitna, my only worry is the game will be so far out of hand that they'll have no need to throw. But a little concerned with Rogers vs NYG being a tough matchup, post concusion (may get knocked out again), and Giants D pissed after last weeks meltdown (suppose it could go either way good or bad though)

I'm on the same page with RB's mostly. Just tough to sit S Jax. He hasn't "gone off", but has been very consistent. I can see Law Firm or Jennings putting up goose eggs more easily.

Who do you like as my WR 3? Need to start 3. Should I pick up one of the mentioned FA, or go with Knox?

Tough to sit Tamme now that Collie is out. He should see more targets, but Boss has been pretty solid lately....

Thanks again and Merry Christmas!!

Sorry, I read that wrong, thought it was Fred Jackson. I would start SJax over Law Firm.

WR3, Knox could get swallowed by the Jets D. I like Armstong this week.

Revvin' for Seven!!
Non-keeper, .2 pts per reception.

since it is the last week for us i could drop mjd for instance and not get hurt. this week is my last play...i guess that was kinda dumb to ask who to drop.

i picked up jennings for jimmy graham right now so i put Jennings in for Jacobs at RB. Let me know if you think I should plug him in as for someone else.

WR-R Wayne
WR-Calvin Johnson
RB-Torain
RB-Jennings
TE-Boss
FX-Armstrong

Thank you again for all the help! Wow this is great.:rudolph:

At first thought I was thinking benching Armstrong over Jacobs, but the Pack have been for real against the run. I like what you have, good luck my man!

I would consider another TE dependins what is out there

I think I'd start Edwards over BMW

Can't blame you going w/ Blount....but something tells me Jennings has a very nice week.....if you feel you need to swing for the fences, he is the play, if not, play it safe and roll with Blount.
