They won't retain Hunt. I have seen reports that they will try to over use him this year and protect Chubb, and then focus on Chubb next year.

D'Ernie will assume the Hunt role next year. Good runner, but haven't seen much of him in passing game. Hunt will have the same role he has had the last couple years, which limits Chubbs FF value. Hunt in the 6th/7th is a much better play than Chubb in the mid to late 2nd.
Depends on if or how long Watson is suspended for. If 4 games or less, I really like this team. Sign Fuller and that offense can be really good. Defense should be solid. Will be a tough division, especially if Pickett plays well in Pittsburgh

Follow up - so this is an extension to boost this year, and then add two years, so he will be with the Rams until end of 2023. He has a 2024 but there is language in the deal to allow him to retire, and not take any penalty of returning monies.
