I didnt see the game, but someone explain to me....

I expected a defensive battle where Tolbert and Mathews bludgeoned the middle of the Minnesota defense for a close win, but looking at the offensive stats I have no idea how Minny was winning this game.

Damn it I had someone else on my mind. Even more putrid. It is week 1, so for all we know San Diego could be that good, hell they were last year.

McNabb didn't look good from all the highlights I have seen. So some of us may have been wrong on our thoughts on him being reborn in Minny. I was high on him for a QB2, but not with what little I have seen of the game.

Well I watched the game and I can say it was pretty hard to absorb. I was actually mad that I couldn't drop McNabb from my team at halftime and he was my starting QB in one league (P. Manning). He actually managed to throw an INT on a stop route!

As to how the game was as close as it was, Harvin ran back the opening kickoff, Peterson had a 49yd run to the 1 yard line, and San Deigo didn't actually start playing until after halftime.

If you had Cam, Mud, would you have started him?

In fact, you didn't start McNabb either.

So why all the regrets? It didn't change your score one bit.

This is not entirely McNabb's fault. The Vikings offensive calls were awful.

1st down: Run. 2nd down: Run. 3rd and 7 pass. Repeat. Over and over and over.
