ESPN has a mock drafting function set up today, and alas, I got sucked in. 12 team draft, standard scoring, start 2 RB, 2 WR, and a flex. I'm very happy with the roster as it turned out, though only because the rookies went way lower than they really will for some reason. The team:

QB - Quinn, Delhomme, Bulger
RB - MJD, LJ, Moreno, Wells, J Jones, Maroney
WR - R Moss, Wayne, A Gonzalez, Ginn
TE - Witten
K - Vinatieri
D/ST - San Diego

Obviously I sacrificed at QB. People were drafting them way too high. I actually took Moss in the 2nd with the intention of snagging Brady in the 3rd, but he went a pick before me. Ditto Romo in the 4th, a pick before me again. After that the QBs flew off the board, so I waited and waited with so much value there elsewhere, particularly at RB. In a normal league, obviously I would use my RB depth to improve my QB. I bolded the assumed starters.

Here's the whole draft. In case you're wondering, I had the #2 pick but actually got it auto drafted, and I am surprised they gave me MJD but am not sure who else I'd have taken at this point otherwise. Thoughts?

Interesting draft Bomb. I've been doing them for about 3 weeks already. It's crazy to see how much players move up and down the board with off season action.

Here are my notes from this draft. Note : all ADP info is from the past 8 days and the 665 drafts that have taken place in that time.

LT went crazy high. 1.03 is nuts for this guy. His ADP is 1.08 right now. The highest he's been drafted on the website I use is 1.04.

Forte went crazy low. He was a bargain at 1.08. His ADP is 1.02. Lowest selected was 1.05.

Someone totally over paid for Cutler at 2.07. What an awful pick. His ADP is 6.12. Highest pick of 4.05. What a total reach.

Reggie Wayne was a nice value for you in the 3rd. His ADP is 2.08.

That being said, you ended up with both WRs from Indy. Not sure what to think about that. If you're going to have any 2 WRs from a team, this would be 1 of the teams I'd do that with.

Regardless of already having Wayne, you got a freaking steal on Gonzo. You picked him at 8.11. That's sick. He is my FAVORITE mid round WR. His ADP is 6.02.

Lastly, how the heck did Eddie Royal end up going at 10.06? His ADP is 6.01.
