Delone Carter, Roy Helu, or Bernard Scott for week 6?

Chris Johnson is on a bye (probably just as well) so I picked up Delone Carter thinking it would be an improvement over Helu or Scott. But now I'm not so sure. I'm just so afraid of any Indy player much less vs. Cincinnati.

Donald Brown is also available but I'm leaning toward the RB3 Helu rather than the starter/RB2 Carter for Indy they're so bad. So who would you put in as your RB2? Delone Carter, Roy Helu, or Bernard Scott? My fate is in your hands.

I would rather keep Helu around than pickup Brown.

With Addai out I would rather start Carter than Helu with Hightower and Torrain. 3 way pie.

NoW if Hightower is out/ inactive and it is just Torrain and Helu.... Helu becomes a better play and it becomes a closer call.

I have Carter in two (flexy) leagues and will probably use him in both once I confirm no Addai.

And that brings me to another question. How do you make sure of gametime lineups to confirm stuff like this? NFL.com, ESPN, what?
