I think this is going to be a much better game than the talking heads think it's going to be. For one, I think this is the bets passing game by far that Bama has faced this year. If they can protect Colt, the Tide secondary could be in for a long day. Also, this is a much better D than we are used to seeing from Texas. I think they can slow down Bama and force them into mistakes.

In the end, I think this one comes down to who can make the big, clutch play when needed. i think that person will be Colt McCoy. Texas wins, 27 to 24.
 
Its a D that will be lights out next year. Muschamp has done soooooooooo much to improve the defense around here. We have a defense that can win games for us. He was definately the best hire of the Mack Brown era.

They came out passing against Florida. They should probably do that here to. They need to get McElroy comfortable.
 
That will suck if we don't get to see the best that these two teams have to offer go at it.....but he is still down on bench.
