We will officially have to wait until 2 p.m. Eastern Time on Monday to hear if Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger will be charged with sexual assault. But unnamed sources have confirmed to ESPN's Kelly Naqi that District Attorney Fred Bright will announce that charges will not be brought against the two-time Super Bowl champion. He is accused of sexual assault by a 20-year-old woman, stemming from an incident at a Milledgeville, Ga. nightclub in the early morning of March 5. Roethlisberger has, through his attorneys, denied the woman's accusation. Roethlisberger's attorney, Ed Garland, wouldn't comment on the report, instead telling the Atlanta Journal-Constitution that he and his client will wait until Monday for the D.A.'s announcement. Roethlisberger also faces a civil lawsuit claiming sexual misconduct in Nevada. He has not been charged with a crime in either case.
