Which would you rather have?

1.07 $3000 3 years

Or

Keenan Allen $13000 3 years

If I have 1.07 I'm likely taking Perine or Hunt.

So the question becomes: Do you want the cheaper rookie or do you want to spend a bit more and have Keenan Allen?
 
That bit more is 400%. Without knowing a thing about the rest of your team or cap situation I'd go with the 1.07.
 
I agree with Mud, I would take the cap help, get the KC running back Hunt if there, and build for future. Plus, when was the last time Allen played a whole season?

Never.

However, he's played 9 games the last 2 years. His average per game makes him good for WR5 stretched across an entire season.
