Vick Signs With The Eagles.

Kolb is also a different type of QB than McNabb.

I also dont understand how its ok to have 73 yds and 2 picks against the Ravens but the other yards and picks are HORRIBLE.

look kolb has looked plain awful every time he's gotten on the field. i gave him a pass against the ravens because that was a very high pressure situation and the ravens were playing great, plus the entire philly O was off-kilter.

anyway, i don't have time to discuss this, but in my book he looks like a grade A bust. i think the vick signing does nothing but underscore my point.

You dont have time to discuss it because there is nothing to discuss. There is no body of serious work to judge him by.

by that logic there are many backup QBs who could've been superstars... if someone had just given them a chance

so maybe you're right. why don't you take him?

You are talking about a city that wants McNabb gone, and a quarterback that is due for yet another injury. All it is going to take is one game where McNabb struggles, and Vick makes a big play (even if it with his legs), and controversy is going to be at a high level.

I personally can't wait to see this unfold :nannie:

Controversy will inevitably unfold. There is McNabb controversy trumped up by local media every year regardless of what's going on. But I also can't imagine a scenario in which the Eagles organization is impacted by it or opts to make Michael Vick their starter.

It's a conversation for the sports pub, not the film room.

This is all about the wildcat. They brought Vick here to run wildcat formations - lining up next to Sav Rocco on punts, holding the ball (i hope) at times for David Akers... it'll be a lot of wildcat in philly this year.
