I've been looking for a Cutler replacement and this offer was proposed to me:

Give: Vincent Jackson, Dustin Keller
Get: Brett Favre

My WRs/TEs are: Vincent Jackson, Calvin Johnson, TJ Houshmanzadeh, Austin Collie, Sidney Rice, Braylon Edwards, Dustin Keller, Vernon Davis, John Carlson

I'm leaning towards doing it, but if I do it this week, I get nothing out if it with Favre/Rice/Edwards on a bye and lose Jackson as a big point threat. What do you guys think?

Dont do it. Favre is coming back to life with his picks, Jackson is still amazing. I did however trade Jackson for Drew Brees, just to show you the quality Jackson is. I would try maybe replacing that with Collie or Braylon or even Housh. Dont give up Jackson, you have real depth in WR, you can offer less and still get Favre.

I agree with Fish here...you are buying too high for Favre...remember, he is going to have those games where you go UGH!!! VJackson is a beast right now...and the #1 in SD...I would put together Keller and Housh in this instance...but you could go VDavis and Housh...just to better the tight end part of the deal...
