In a ppr league: I give up Jacobs, S. Smith (NYG), and Cooley and I get Calvin Johnson, Dallas Clark and Julius Jones.

My team:
QB: Rodgers
RB: Jacobs, Lynch, Portis, C. Taylor, Harrison
WR: A. Johnson, S. Smith, S. Moss, Mason, Bess
TE: Cooley
DEF: Colts/ Packers
K: Rackers

Although it's a hail of an upgrade for you at TE I think you get beat at the other two positions in the trade.

Well I've heard that Eli hasn't played to well in the cold. So Smith could decline in production during crunch time, so it may not be that bad. They say Calvin's injury isn't serious as well. Maybe see if you can swap out Jacobs or Smith for another comparable (Read: not as valuable) WR or RB.
