The Raiders carousel continues

What do they hope to accomplish here?? Dude is coaching one of the weakest rosters in football with a rookie QB at the helm. You want to fire someone...look upstairs to the men making the player decisions.

Stability is part of a winning culture too, and this team is devoid of any.

Yeah I can't do it.

The Raiders are a good example of wanting and waiting..believing when the owner dies things will get better.

But a bigger idiot takes his place.

Plus that place will be a constant black pit until the GM goes..at least.

But all reports say he is..once again..safe.

Cowboys fans take note.
 
Plus they really think Gruden will take that job.


I think its the perfect place for Charlie Weis. He can lose at both the college and pro level.
 
My issue is they try to be the Yankees. They think if they go out and make some costly splash in FA, regardless of if that player is worth it, it will make things better.

They need to clean house, and rebuild the franchise around the few decent young players they have. It will take time,and they need the right guy who can develop tanlent.

yeah I know, won't happen.
