Detroit Lions - Herman Johnson - OG - LSU

Backus will be kicked in to left guard but center and right guard are basically left to nobodies. Herman Johnson is a monster of a man and will fill up the phone booth quite well for years to come.

St. Louis Rams - Juaquin Inglesias - WR - Oklahoma

The Rams have an explosive target in Donnie Avery, but no other weapons in the WR corp to take the pressure off. Inglesias brings a pair of very reliable hands to the equation in St. Louis.

Kansas City Chiefs - Fenuki Tupou - OT/OG - Oregon

Kansas City has far too many questions on the right side to not address, for the sake of their new QB if nothing else. Tupou will make either an excellent right guard or right tackle depending on how the depth chart shakes out.

Cowboys selects, Chip Vaughn - S - Wake Forest

Not the best cover S, however this guy hits extremely hard and finishes the job. He struggles primarily in man-to-man coverage, luckily he probably wont be doing much of that. He comes down hill fast and is an excellent tackler. Pretty sure bet that he'll bring the ball carrier down.

Cincinnati selects Paul Kruger, DE, Utah

Kruger is a solid DE prospect that is a hrad worker and does the little things well. Not a pass rush specialist, but should improve the DL play overall and allow the rush specialists they have to be just that.

Oakland selects Marcus Freeman, OLB, OSU

Very athlthic LB who can come in and add some added skill to a group in need of another starter. Freeman has a lot of upside, but has struggled living up to his potential in the past. Can he put it all together?

Jacksonville Jaguars select Jarron Gilbert, DE/DT, San Jose State

The Jags took two DEs last year. Harvey was okay this year but Groves seemed to be somewhat of a bust and not as productive as they would like. They need to look at DT and find a good rotational player to assist at DE. Gilbert is a tremendous athlete that can play all along the line. He should instantly help the D line.

The Green Bay Packers select Alex Magee, DT, Purdue

Magee is an interesting prospect. He seems to have been less than stellar at times at Purdue, but his workouts and other attributes are impressive. I, along with others Ive read, seem to think that he might have been misevaluated given the lack of defensive help he's gotten in college. Could be a fantastic pro and fills a small hole with potentially great play.

San Francisco 49ers select: Gerald McRath, OLB, Southern Mississippi:

McRath is a tough LB who will fit in well across the board as a backup while learning behind Patrick Willis and Takeo Spikes in San Fran, not to mention learning from maybe the best in Mike Singletary. He fits a need and can be used across the front.

Buffalo Bills select: Jared Cook, TE, South Carolina

Buffalo made a move upgrading at WR with Owens and Evans. However, the Bills selection of TE's isnt good to say the least, and every young QB needs a good TE to partner with. Jared Cook is a stellar athlete who will fit in well.

Texans select Rashad Jennings, RB, Liberty

Fills the need for a compliment to Slaton with a bigger back for short yardage and goal line.

San Diego - DE/DT Fili Moala, USC

Top 10 prospect that has slid a long ways this year, maybe too far. Perfect fit for a 3-4 DE with his skill set, should be able to come in and start right away replacing Olshansky's spot and making some plays amidst all those talented players.
