Former Eagles and Packers head coach Ray Rhodes has joined the Browns as a defensive assistant. New head coach Pat Shurmur is surrounding himself with plenty of experience, as Rhodes joins former Bears and Bills coach Dick Jauron on defense. Rhodes, a long-time confidant of Mike Holmgren, has spent the past three seasons as an assistant with the Texans.
