Raiders Sign RB Rock Cartwright.

The Oakland Raiders have signed free agent running back Rock Cartwright to a contract. The move announced Wednesday gives Oakland needed depth. Cartwright can play halfback, fullback and return kicks. The Raiders cut halfback Justin Fargas last month and are thin at fullback.
