MIA - restructures Terron Armstead's contract for $11+ million in cap savings
LAR - Rams GM Snead says the team isn't going very aggressive this off-season, instead trimming salary from roster and getting draft assets in trade if they can - so much for "F them picks" huh? - per this there are reports that teams have reached out to them on 9 players
SEA - Seahawks have opened communication to Bobby Wagner on a possible return
LVR - re-signed OL Netane Muti
SF - 49er's re-sign OL Colton McKivitz to a 2 year deal
SEA - reports out that the Seahawks got smart on the deal with Geno Smith - it isn't a guaranteed 3 year deal, they can literally handle it as a one year deal or 2 year and walk away after this year for just $28 million total. So if they do draft a QB they can get away from Geno pretty easily.
OBJ - per reports OBJ is setting up work outs with teams to get signed for this year, Arizona and NY Giants are two he has schedule workouts with.
HOU - re-signed S M.J. Stewart to a 2 year deal
NO - Saints talking to Michael Thomas on an updated deal. He has a roster bonus of $31.7 million coming March 17th, so if no new contract is done, look for him to be released
SEA - released starting OG Gabe Jackson and ST player Ben Burr-Kirvin

Coming at you
Texans and WR Robert Woods agree to a 2 year deal.

I love Robert Woods. Always have
Will be interesting to see who the QB is. Will they draft Young or Robinson? Signing Jimmy G seems a dumb move to me. Not going to do anything to benefit them. Might as well just roll with Mills again.
