Lamar Jackson - expected to get the FT - leading thoughts are they will non-exclusive tag him, allow him to shop for a deal and then match it since he has no argument since it will be market driven. Team feels no one else will sign him a fully guaranteed deal
Aaron Rodgers - still has not committed to play - rumors out Green Bay has greatly dropped what they want - like only one 1st rounder and may eat some of the $$$$
Jimmy G - waiting on FA to start
Daniel Jones - are meeting again today but expected to get non-exclusive FT on him if he does not sign long term deal
Deshaun Watson - rumors flying they may restructure his deal to free up cap space

NFL Owners - had committee meetings yesterday, and one topic discussed was what to do about Daniel Snyder. No consensus was reached, since not all the owners were there for committee meetings. Some came from the meeting with hopes still that Snyder will sell on his own and not need a vote of owners to dismiss him. All owners will meet again later this month for the formal NFL meetings and the topic will again be addressed.

NFLPA and Lamar Jackson are filing grievances against the league for collusion, in having teams NOT give "certain" QBs fully guaranteed deals. They won't ever be able to prove the collusion, but we all know its there.

Reports are being distributed BY the teams - ATL, MIA and CAR are NOT going to pursue Lamar Jackson - yup, no collusion. Of course then again would you want to pay a QB $200 million + and have to fully guarantee it for a QB who hasn't played a whole season 2 years in a row?

It isn’t collusion when you decide you don’t want to give up a bunch of draft capital and pay 45 million plus for a QB who is limited in the passing game and has missed big parts of the last two seasons. Only 26 BUT hasn’t progressed as a passer. Easy pass for these teams IMO.

Don’t duplicate the mistakes that the Browns and Broncos made. Rams as well although they did get very fortunate and win a Super Bowl before Stanford broke down and crashed their team. Packers and Cards overpaid on extensions. Stay away from the crazy.

Aaron Rodgers - so first I am seeing a whole lot of reports on ESPN and Fox and others stating his move to Jets is close to happening. That being said PFT had a great article that stated how its clear the Packers don't want Rodgers back - including the fact that when SF tried to trade for him two years ago, they just hung up and said no. Unlike this time where they not only gave permission to talk trade, but kept it quiet.
