NFL Could Have New CBA in 2-3 Weeks

The Washington Post's Mark Maske reports that the NFL could finalize its new Collective Bargaining Agreement within the next 2-3 weeks.

Maske has been one of the most plugged-in and reliable reporters on the CBA talks. He cites both sides of the negotiations in Tuesday's report, although the deliberations reportedly remain in "a sensitive stage." When a tentative agreement is reached, each side will be asked to take a vote. Per Maske, a new CBA just prior to July 4 "appears increasingly realistic."

I said it before, deal will get done by July 4th. That allows full camps as usual. Only rush will be no OTA's and limited FA period.

Its kind of funny - It is so unlike 87 (I think - if I remember correctly).. then you knew nothing was going to happen until the season started. This year is just the opposite.
