Need adive for drafting.

I have a problem finding a time for everyone to be available for the draft. Any advise? Is there a good site to where I could start the draft now and hope it get done by game time.

I would just set the time that the majority can do and if you cant be there oh well set to autopick!

With live drafts you usually have one or two that can't make it no matter what time you set the draft. I agree with BearsFan, do it when you can get the majority there, the rest can maybe be on the phone to make their picks, provide a draft list for you use, get the best available. There are ways to make it work. Hell, the draft I was at on Sunday, we Skyped someone's picks.

You could go to a mocking site and set up a Mock draft that is in reality your real draft.
