I have Rackers as my kicker but John Carney is on the WW. Should I pick him up or stick with Rackers?

Carney is fixin to be replaced by the kicker he replaced the first 4 weeks for illegal substance violation. Hartley is active again. I would look elsewhere as to not have to look again soon.
If there's no limit on number of ww moves I'd go with Carney until he's gone.
