If you want almost sure but steady production go with Bess. If you need to hit a homerun use Henderson. Be aware that Henderson is much more likely to put up a goose egg than Bess is. I'd use Bess.

Henderson will at least be involved in an offense with 300 yards of passin, while Bess will be involved in an offense with 150 yards of passing or less, and then he has to fight Fasano, Ginn, Hartline, Camarillo, and the Wildcat for a piece of the pie.
