Probably, but agree that most don't realize it. Other thing that bugs me is that they think the courts cared about if the deflation occurred or didn't occur. It is a labor issue, plain and simple.

exactly. Fact is its a bargained issue, taking it totally out of the court's jurisdiction. Doesn't matter if they had sufficient evidence or not.
