AFC West: Denver (Bye)
AFC Wildcards: Baltimore, Kansas City

NFC East: Dallas
NFC North: Green Bay
NFC South: New Orleans (bye)
NFC West: San Fran (bye)
Wildcards: Atlanta, Seattle

AFC Playoffs:
Cincinnati over Kansas City & Baltimore over New England
Cincinnati over Houston (FINALLY) & Denver over Baltimore
Denver over Cincinnati

NFC Playoffs:
Atlanta over Dallas & Green Bay over Seattle
Atlanta over San Fran & New Orleans over Green Bay
Atlanta over New Orleans

Super Bowl
Denver over Atlanta
