The Mercury News reports Miami police on Tuesday released audio of 911 calls for last month's incident involving 49ers QB Colin Kaepernick and WR Quinton Patton at a Miami apartment where a still-unidentified woman refused to leave while laying naked in a bed. "I want to report there's a young lady in my friend's bed," said one caller, believed to be Kaepernick's friend Seahawks WR Ricardo Lockette. "He's not here. She's going to wait in his bed. She's not leaving. We asked her to leave. We told her he won't be here tonight. She said she's not leaving until she sees him." The woman was taken by Miami Fire Rescue to a nearby hospital and subsequently filed an incident report with Miami police, who classified it as a "suspicious incident." No charges have been filed nor have police accused anyone of a crime. The case remains an open investigation, according to Miami police spokesperson Frederica Burden, who added: "Everything is pending, everything is still open." That includes medical tests that were done on the 25-year-old female at the hospital. Kaepernick has denied any wrongdoing, though he did refer to the incident as a "bad circumstance, a bad situation" while speaking Friday at a Turlock event. Police released audio of two separate 911 calls made from the Viceroy suite apparently belonging to Kaepernick and shared by Lockette and Patton. While police would not confirm that Lockette was one of the callers, the other caller was a hotel security guard. The security guard said the resort had a guest whose visitor didn't want to leave. When he asked the woman what her name was, "she said her name was Jesus," he said on the 911 audio. Asked by the 911 operator if the woman was violent, the security guard said no, that "she's just crying." On the other call, the 911 operator also asked if the woman was all right. "She actually took her clothes off and layed in the bed," the caller responded. "So she's fully naked on the bed" asked the operator. "Yes." "So she's waiting for her boyfriend? Is that it?" Replied the caller: "He's not her boyfriend. He's just someone she wants to sleep with. But he's not here so she went and got in bed naked, and said she's staying there until he got back."
