Who Wins A Football Game First ?

The 0 - 12 (last season) Washington in college football or the 0 - 16 Detroit in the Pros ? And this does not include preseason for the Lions. Only regular season games when they actually count. After seeing there schedules i noticed the Huskies play two games before the Lions play there first game. So take it by number of games played to get first win. So who you got ?
