They do now, and I think Weis would do good there. Big time offense, no real pressure to win more than 7 a year, easier academic standards.

Nah, Weiss isn't a spread guy and Kansas is built as a spread team. I think it's more likely he ends up as the Fins OC next year if David Lee isn't offered the job and Crennel might be joining him as the Fins' DC.

Yeah, but OTOH I look at the Fins and I see the FO building a spread team. It makes me wonder just how much Run n Shoot Weiss picked up from Bellicheat.
