Saban suggests "ticket tax" at Penn State with proceeds going to abuse victims

Nick Saban says one option to address the Penn State tragedy might be a ticket tax on athletic events and giving the proceeds to child abuse funds.

He goes on to say that this would not punish those that had nothing to do with the affair. Well excuse me Nicky but it sounds to me that you'd rather punish the poor fans than those in charge at the school.
