RB LeSean McCoy and the Eagles have agreed on a five-year, $45 million ($20.765 million guaranteed) contract extension, the Eagles' official Twitter account reports.

Bout time, good to have in place before the season starts.
 
If my math is correct, he'll still be under the magical 30-year old barrier for RB's in 2017. For a guy who does most of his damage outside the tackles and on short/intermediate passes, and will rarely exceed 300 carries in that offense, I actually like his chances to earn this entire deal.

Call him LT Lite, if you will.
