Chris Hovan has agreed to terms with the Rams, ESPN.com reports. Hovan, who had 33 tackles for the Bucs last season, adds another veteran presence to the middle of the Rams' defense, but he doesn't get to the QB enough these days to have much IDP impact, solid addition.
