49ers DL Keion White has been confirmed as the victim of a non-life-threatening shooting in San Francisco on Monday morning, per NBCS' Matt Maiocco.

White was struck in the ankle and had surgery at a local hospital.

Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty for former Jets first round pick Darron Lee for the murder of his girlfriend in Tennessee.

The victim, Gabriella Carvalho Perpetuo, had a stab wound, a broken neck, a bite mark and bruises. The cause of death was determined to be blunt force trauma.
