NFL News, Rumors, In/Out - Start of training camp

Looks like an Achilles tear. Feel for the guy

Not good for Wilson but got to think Breece just took a jump in value.
Shefty rushed the injury guess. HC says toe injury. Looks like he got stepped on.

I now care 99% less.

Raiders are releasing defensive tackle Christian Wilkins with the designation of terminated vested veteran.

Due to how Wilkins treated the rehab from his foot injury he suffered last season, the Raiders voided the remaining $35.2 million of guaranteed money left on Wilkins contract last month and today, Wilkins filed a grievance with the NFLPA.

Seeing reports questioning the NFI list move by Chargers on Najee Harris - some think the injury is much more significant than is being stated, and some feel he may actually have lost the eye(which I don't believe...).

Browns GM stated he could see a chance all 4 QBs will be on roster at start of season

Cardinals LB JJ Russell is back with the team, cleared from Hospital with all tests showing negative - he had a collision and was sent to hospital with potential head or neck injuries

Commanders have come to terms on a one year extension for S Percy Butler

Kyle Pitts has been cleared for practice, but team will control his reps

Quinshon Junkins is still out and handling legal issues - Browns have stated they are still investigating and will not comment or make moves until that is completed

Falcons have released DB Kevin King.

Jets have signed DB Tanner McCallister

Miami placed CB Artie Burns on IR, and have signed OL Obinna Eze, as well as CB Cornell Armstrong

2nd day in a row Lions HC had to stop practice due to fights breaking out - Lions getting SPICY!! :D

Update on ESPN acquiring NFL network and such... Per PFT:
As the NFL and ESPN close in on a deal that would result in ESPN acquiring control of multiple NFL Media assets, more information is emerging as to what’s in it for the NFL.

Via Alex Sherman of CNBC.com, the NFL will acquire up to 10 percent of ESPN as part of the deal.

Currently, Disney owns 80 percent of ESPN. Hearst has the remaining 20 percent.

In return, ESPN would assume full ownership of NFL Network and NFL RedZone. For other NFL Media properties (NFL Films, NFL.com, the NFL app and NFL+), ESPN will acquire some of the assets, but not control.

With the NFL holding 10 percent of ESPN, Disney will have an unprecedented foothold when it comes to televising pro football. Why would the NFL freeze out ABC and ESPN if the NFL will be owning 10 percent of ESPN?

Titans sign WR Matt Landers, and releases WR Colton Dowell

Cowboys OT Terence Steele is dealing with a high ankle sprain

Buccaneers have signed two OL - OG Michael Jordan, and OT Tyler McLellen
