So, this is what I have found so far, that is different from previous information and CBA from last year...

1) 17 game regular season - removing 1 pre-season games
2) 14 team playoff system - 3 WC from each conf. With bye ONLY for 1st seed.
3) Two roster spots added to active roster and practice squad - 55 man roster and 14 PS spots
4) Each player will receive an additional check for the 17th game, maxed salary for that game check is $250K
5) Drug testing won't start until 2 weeks prior to pre-season vs. April 20th per this CBA
6) Team will get emergency OL spot like emergency Qb spot - so if starting and back up lineman get hurt, they have an emergency player they can activate
7) player revenue increases to 48%
8) New CBA eliminates punishment for positive marijuana results - only get punished for arrests
9) Impartial figure will settle punishments vs. Commissioner
10) revenue bonus increased
11) added changes to camp

here is link to talk sheet sent by NFLPA to its player reps:

Been verified by PFT that they expect a vote from NFLPA Reps today - if it is approved it goes to full player body after that.

So, NFLPA has postponed its vote and requested a meeting ASAP with owners to ask some questions, get some clarity and maybe negotiate a few points. Per PFT, the owners have agreed to meet this Tuesday

So in case you missed it. The NFLPA met with NFL ownership and management for 4 hrs yesterday getting more data on why levels were set where they were.

Net, no major if any changes were made to offer. NFLPA in a close vote decided to send the CBA offer to general population for vote.

So the NFL did make 3 concessions in regards to the 17 game season - which did not require a new owners vote:
1) removed cap of $250,000 for contracted players for the 17 games on salary
2) to give 48.5% of revenue to players in any season there are 17 games
3) study ways to reduce off-season programs in years there are 17 games

so basically it stands as is.
