I am trying to get Deangelo Williams. The guy needs WRs and I have plenty. Who should I offer and what would be a fair trade?

He also has Steven Jackson, MJD, J. Gafney, J. Knox, P. Harvin, L. Murphy and D. Bowe.
Also I was offered R. Moss for L. McCoy. I want to make this trade especially if I get Deangelo. I have T. Brady.
