M Bell or L White as a flex player

I have them both in a league which one should I start ESPN projects Bell to score way better then White because of the injury to Thomas but White goes thursday so I cant wait till Sunday to make the choice what should I do?

White has a horrible matchup. Bell will go big this week, start him.

I'd wait until the last minute to decide...I'd rather have White banging his head into the curtain than Bell getting splinters in his rump.

...but it's looking more and more like Thomas isn't ready yet so Bell will likely be your best bet.
