Kind of a late topic but there was a lot of talk about it lately. I can see the positives for both sides. Me personally, I think he needs to play and the Cowboys need to find a way to draft him. :)

Is this topic about whether he should continue to play college football or whether he should be allowed to play in the NFL?

I'm absolutely against him taking the NFL to court to change the rule. Lot's of great backs have played their junior years. Lots of great baseball players play their junior years. Only the stupid NBA allows kids to come out before their junior years once they have enrolled in college and frankly I wouldn't want to see the NFL mimic the thugs in the NBA. If he's scared of being injured he can sit out a year of football and then join the NFL.
