Jeff Fisher: Great move?

At the end of the game the Texans were lining up to try a FG to tie the game. Everybody expected Fisher to use a Time Out to ice the kicker. Yet Fisher didn't call the TO and it seemed to screw up Browns FG try more than an attempt to ice would have. :grin:

I think the whole idea of "Icing the kicker" is absurd and cheap.

2 wks in a row Brown has missed a field goal at the end of the game to deny OT . . . he's been very reliable in the past . . . not sure what his current problems are.

Not necessary to ice a guy who will botch it on his own.

I was thinking the same thing when Fisher didn't call the time out.
