Flex help: Holmes, or M.Williams (SEA)

Holmes has caught 3, 4, and 3 passes in his 1st 3 games back.
Williams has really come alive, but plays against the #1 pass D with a QB making his 1st NFL start.
Personally, I go WW for ANYONE better LOL, if it must be 1, I play % and go Williams. Both shouldn't do much, though.

Holmes would be the sure play against DET but he has the droppsies but then u have Williams against NYG with who knows at QB if that is ur only option I would go holmes but Im sure you can plug and play someone better.
