Eagles named former offensive line coach Juan Castillo as defensive coordinator.
Very controversial here and people in Philly are not happy about it for the most part. We did get Howard Mudd out of retirement to coach the O-Line though, so I think we should be good there.
Frankly, I like the move. While I don't know enough to say whether this is a good or bad decision; I do know that Juan Castillo is a brilliant football mind and probably the hardest worker on the Eagles' staff. The last time he coached defense was in 1989 on a High School team... he played some linebacker in college.... but that's the extent of his defensive experience.
