Brian Urlacher's Mother Passes Away

Being reported that Urlacher has left Chicago to be with his family in Texas.

No word on whether he will or won't play on Sunday.

Hes taken a leave of absence from the team in order to make arrangements for services. All local media assumes he will play and if he does God help New Orleans!!

Feel really sorry for him. His mother had him when she was either 17 or 18. She raised a damn fine man. I know he will never see this ever but my condolences for him and his family.

Wow, this is tragic. Brian embodies what all NFL players should aspire to become. I feel grateful to her for Brian.

Urlacher is back with the team and will miss practice Saturday for services but will play in Sundays game.
